She was very helpful in helping me find a home based on my very specific budget and criteria, she was always very responsive at any hour whenever I had questions. I ran into an issue with an appraiser not showing and Carissa was very communicative updating me daily on what was happening, she helped me get a new appraisal order at no cost to me. She did everything in her power to hurry the process along and make it as easy for me as possible. This was my second home and Carissa made it a very easy process. I would definitely recommend her as an agent, and if I ever buy another property I will be using her again!
