Carissa is the very best!! She made the whole experience of buying a home for the first time - something my husband and I expected to be kind of a scary thing - so easy and stress free. She explained all of the confusing parts without making us feel silly for not knowing things, and she advocated for us from start to finish as we worked with everyone else involved in the home buying process. It was clear she had our best interest at heart the whole time, and she has checked up on how things have been going multiple times since we’ve moved in to make sure things are still going well. I ran into an issue with an appraiser not showing and Carissa was very communicative updating me daily on what was happening, she helped me get a new appraisal order at no cost to me. She did everything in her power to hurry the process along and make it as easy for me as possible. This was my second home and Carissa made it a very easy process. I would definitely recommend her as an agent, and if I ever buy another property I will be using her again!
